I was happy to see he felt better today, but after a week of being held non-stop, he thought that always in someone's arms should continue. I love you, David, but you have to break this new habit! I really can't use the toilet in that position!

That definitely wouldn't have been pretty - Friday was a very frustrating day :) He developed this neat trick we're referring to as the Monkey Grip, where he hangs onto your shoulders and neck as hard as he can. So hard that we could even let go and he would just hang there. Sounds mean, but it lightened the mood for us some.

I bring this up because he HAD to be held, and for several hours of the day he didn't want to be held while we sat. Nope, had to be standing; not sure what that was all about.

Today is much better - we stayed on a strict medicine schedule overnight and since getting up for the day he has only needed on dose of tylenol. And that was for just a slightly elevated temperature, nothing like the past few days.
